My name is Chris! I am currently accepting new clients 18+ for therapy and medication management. I assist patients who are experiencing a range of presenting concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD and other stress/anxiety related disorders. I am a firm believer of understanding your lived experience, because everyone’s presentation is different, unique and deserves a specialized and individualized treatment approach catered to your needs. This is why our first session will focus on learning who you are, identifying your goals and targeting your most problematic concerns with a holistic treatment plan.
I offer both medication and therapy approaches for treatment with a deep dive into your habits, environment and social construct to uncover any problem areas. Together, we can explore your core beliefs, identify negative thought patterns, map your unhealthy habit loops and learn to tune into your sensations through mindfulness practices and acceptance.
I genuinely care about each of my clients and make it a priority to understand your lived experience and collaborate with you to create goals that feel meaningful and achievable. I'm very down to earth and bring a level of comedic humor to our conversations because I believe laughter is an overlooked medicine. Please reach out to me with any questions.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe that true healing happens when we treat the whole person—not just the symptoms. My philosophy is rooted in an integrative approach that honors the connection between the mind, body, and daily lifestyle.
During each session, we look closely at the foundations of wellbeing: nutrition, exercise, and sleep, alongside the emotional and psychological factors shaping your life. By understanding how these elements interact, we can uncover the deeper patterns influencing your mental health.
I combine therapy, medication management, and mindfulness practices to create a comprehensive plan tailored to your unique needs. Every session includes therapeutic conversation, practical skills, and thoughtful guidance designed to move you toward resilience, clarity, and meaningful change.
My goal is to empower you with the tools, insight, and support you need to feel better—mentally, emotionally, and physically—so you can live a life aligned with your values and full of possibility.
I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you understand and change the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we identify the thought processes, emotional triggers and behavioral habits that activate your sympathetic nervous system and contribute to stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed.
